Center for Public Policy and Good Governance (CPPGG), Department of Planning, organized a three-day Chintan Shivir for Sashakt Uttarakhand @25 from 22nd – 24th November at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie. The objective of the Chintan Shivar was to build a roadmap for the development of Uttarakhand. In the inaugural address, Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami, Hon’ble Chief Minister. He emphasized paying special attention to the revenue sources and the contribution of hill districts in Uttarakhand GSDP. In the context setting, Dr. S.S. Vision 2030

Uttarakhand was created in the year 2000 as a state to give voice to the aspirations of the people in the hills. After achieving high growth rate particularly in the recent years, it looks ahead towards sustained development in the future. Based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) framed by the United Nations, this document Uttarakhand: Vision 2030 lays out the future roadmap for the state of Uttarakhand. उत्तराखंड में सभी परिवारों के अनिवार्य रूप से विशिष्ट पहचान पत्र (Unique Identity Card) बनाए जाने की तैयारी की जा रही है. इसके लिए नियोजन विभाग को नोडल विभाग नियुक्त किया गया है. दरअसल हरियाणा सरकार (Government of Haryana) की परिवार पहचान पत्र योजना की तरह उत्तराखंड में भी परिवार पहचान पत्र (Family Identity Card) बनाने की तैयारी है. उत्तराखंड में वर्तमान में 23 लाख परिवारों को इसका फायदा मिलेगा. केंद्र और राज्य सरकार (Uttarakhand Government) की योजनाओं का लाभ उत्तराखंड के परिवारों तक सीधे पहुंचे इसके लिए उत्तराखंड के सभी परिवारों के अनिवार्य रूप से विशिष्ट पहचान पत्र बनाए जाने की तैयारी है.

Aspirational Block Program

The Aspirational Block Programme (ABP) in Uttarakhand is a significant initiative aimed at transforming underdeveloped blocks within the state into centers of inclusive and sustainable growth. Inspired by the success of the Aspirational Districts Programme, the ABP focuses on improving the socio-economic indicators in the most backward blocks, with a special emphasis on health, education, agriculture, and basic infrastructure.
